After starting his career in fitness sales, Aaron transitioned to the mortgage industry in 2001. Disappointed by the corporate environment, he founded Geneva Financial in 2007 during one of the largest financial crises of our lifetime. With a focus on humanizing the customer and employee experience, his values-driven approach has earned Geneva Financial numerous accolades, including National Mortgage News' "Best Mortgage Companies to Work For" and Ranking Arizona's "#1 Mortgage Lender."
Having witnessed the greed that often dominates large corporations, Aaron was motivated to offer a platform for originators and operations to be recognized for their worth. He channels his energy into supporting and collaborating with "good humans," believing that success can be achieved by all who are willing to put in the work.
Outside of work, Aaron is an avid pilot and adventurer. Traveling around the world with his wife, Telle (who also holds the role of COO in Geneva Financial), they alway seek opportunities to grow personally and professionally, and to change the world around them.
